Sakai Traditional Industrial HallWe learn how many knives exist in different purposes and how they're made by hand.

We will have the sharpening lesson with sharpener using some whetstones. Learn how to sharpen the knives properly. Also learn how to fit the handles into the blades traditionally.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
