Led by renowned Vietnamese food writer and blogger, Jovel Chan, this exclusive event offers a unique glimpse into Vietnam’s emerging craft spirit scene. Taste a range of rare and local spirits—from rum and gin to vodka, moonshine, and fruit-infused liqueurs.
Start with a welcome cocktail made with local ingredients. Jovel will introduce Vietnam’s rising distilleries and show you how to pick out flavors, aromas, and textures in each spirit.
Guided Tasting (30 mins):
Sip five craft spirits—rum, vodka, gin, sake, and fruit liquors—each from a different region in Vietnam (some even award-winning ones), with unique stories behind them.
Cocktail Creation (15 mins):
Use one of the spirits to mix your cocktail of your choice garnished with toppings from fresh fruit and herbs of your choice.
Q&A & Farewell (5 mins):
Ask anything—distilling tips, food pairings, or where to buy the best bottles and more!
