We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.

We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.

We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left.

If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.

If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.

Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.

Please inform us of any food allergies someone at your party has. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. We are not responsible for any allergy reaction.

The prices of our tours are subject to change at any time throughout the year without prior notice.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
