This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time listed and will automatically expire after that. It can be used only once and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced for any reason, either before or after its expiration.

Children’s tickets (for ages 3 to under 12) require a valid ID to verify age at the Ain Dubai entrance. Without this proof, entry will not be permitted, and the ticket will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Child ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) throughout the visit to Ain Dubai. The adult/guardian assumes all responsibility for the child’s safety during the visit.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
