We meet in the morning to start working with our sourdough starter. I will give you a bit of theory as well. As I prepared an extra sourdough in advance, we start kneading the dough without waiting a long time. We will also have tea/coffee or homemade wine and try homemade bread made by me while baking.
My mission is to show the simplicity of baking sourdough authentic bread and adapting it to your daily schedule:)
