When you book the TUI Local Expert service, you’ll be matched with one of our brilliant destination insiders for a one-to-one chat before you fly. Whether you’re into hidden beaches, food markets, or family-friendly days out, your TUI Local Expert will help you shape the perfect trip based on your interests. They can also recommend the best experiences and excursions to suit you or give tips on restaurants, car rental services, and lots more besides.
After booking, you’ll get a short survey to let us know what you’re curious about – then you can leave the magic to us. Just so you know, our local experts come from different countries, so appointments will be in English.
- A 20-minute video or phone call with a TUI local expert before your holiday
- Personalised itinerary ideas and expert recommendations based on your interests
- A summary of your expert’s tips emailed straight to you after the chat
- Your local expert won’t be able to make changes to your TUI booking (flights, hotels, etc.)
- No booking of extras like transfers or flight extras (seat reservation, meals onboard, extra luggage)
- The TUI Local Expert service is only available before you travel – not while you're on holiday
