Note that the selected date during the purchase process is just indicative, the pass will be available for 365 days.

After the first scan, the pass will be activated and the duration will be determined by the purchased option (1, 3 or 7 days).

How it works: After the purchase you will receive the confirmation with the instructions to redeem your pass and start to book the tours & tickets in our exclusive free app or webpage. The calendar with your activities will be available to check or change anything. If the activity selected is a tour, you may receive an email from the operator the day before to confirm the meeting point. Then, use your mobile to show and scan your pass in each meeting point or attraction.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
