This isn’t your typical paddleboarding session – it’s a chance to experience stand-up paddleboarding in a whole new way, on real moving water in one of the Peak District’s most scenic river sections.
Our small group sizes mean more personal coaching and a better experience for everyone. Whether you're brand new to paddleboarding or looking to push yourself, the session is tailored to your ability, with friendly, experienced instructors who’ll help you build confidence and have fun.

- Car Parking Charges are not included
- You will need to bring STURDY footwear that you don’t mind getting wet - old trainers are ideal
- Please bring something to wear under your wetsuit as well as a full change of clothes inc footwear and towel for after

Get ready for an exciting introduction to white water stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the stunning Peak District. After a safety briefing and a chance to get comfortable with the equipment, we’ll head onto the river to build your skills step by step.
You’ll learn how to balance, steer, and control your board on moving water – starting in calmer sections and gradually progressing to gentle rapids as your confidence grows. Whether you’ve paddleboarded before or this is your very first time, you’ll be supported throughout by an experienced and encouraging instructor.
Expect a fun, active session with plenty of time to practise, develop new skills, and experience the buzz of paddleboarding white water in a beautiful outdoor setting.
