Overview
Enjoy the luxury of a private tour with a well known and respected battlefield historian and First World War author with private transportation. I have been a battlefield guide in the Ypres Salient for the last 15 years, as a result i have an expert knowledge of the battlefields of Flanders and an intimate knowledge of the area. I am the author of two well known books, "Studentenfriedhof to Soldatenfriedhof A History of Langemark German Cemetery" and the best selling "Reclaiming the Salient". Both of which are available for purchase on the tour, signed by the author of course!
I am a well known and active member of the remembrance community having been Chairman of the RBL Ypres branch from 2014 to 2016 and am now the co founder and Chairman of a locally based remembrance organisation the "New Ypres League".
