Redeeming your Hilton Gift Card is easy on the Tinggly website:
- Visit tinggly.com/redeem and enter your Gift Card Code (found on your digital eVoucher or physical gift voucher).
- The gift card value will be added to your Tinggly account balance (account creation is required).
- This balance can be used toward purchasing a Tinggly Hotel Collection. The recipient can then choose a hotel based on availability (including brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
- The gift can be used all at once or in parts. If the selected hotel costs more than the Tinggly wallet balance, the recipient can pay the difference.

The Tinggly Hotel Gift Card can be used toward purchasing one of our Hotel Collections. After purchase, the recipient can choose from a wide selection of hotels worldwide (depending on availability), including brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and many more.
Can the recipient change the hotel or dates if they can’t travel?
In most cases, changes depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy and availability. If the booking allows free cancellation, the recipient can usually cancel and rebook. We recommend checking the cancellation terms shown during booking.
Is there an expiry date?
The gift card value itself does not expire (unless stated otherwise on your voucher/terms). Hotel bookings, however, are subject to availability and the chosen hotel’s booking rules.

What happens if a hotel cancels the booking?

Are there any additional fees?
