For day 1, you will start with breakfast and then get picked up from your hotel in Fez, you will be traveling towards Merzouga via Midelt and the Ziz valley. You will also pass by Ifrane city, where you will stop at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, where you will have the opportunity to see the Barbary apes. After that, your journey continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas, where you will also enjoy your lunch.

After refueling, you’ll be traveling through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the spectacular Ziz Gorge, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau, seeing how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the province of the south-east Errachidia city. Afterwards, you’ll travel along the fantastic Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. Arriving in Merzouga in the afternoon you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and enjoy a camel ride in the dunes of Sahara Desert of Merzouga to reach the camp where you will have the night.

For day 2, you will wake up early to go to the Dunes of Sahara of Erg Chebbi to enjoy the sunrise, then go back to camp for breakfast. After refuelling, you will go on a camel ride to go back to the village of Merzouga, so you can enjoy the view. Once you arrive at the village, you will meet the driver again to continue the tour to Fez. You will pass by the beautiful Ziz Valley, Errachidia, and Midelt where you will have free time to have lunch at the local restaurant. After lunch, you will continue the tour to the Cedar Forest where you will stop to visit the famous wild monkeys then off to Ifran city.
