Overview
Start your day on the cliffs, learning to abseil. You will begin with a 5-metre abseil to learn the techniques, then move on to a 15-metre abseil, and an adrenaline-pumping 30 metre overhanging abseil.
Friendly expert instructors support you throughout the whole day as you get more confidence. After a tasty lunch, you drive to the Grose Valley, where a short walk leads to the beginning of Juggler Canyon. Beautiful waterfalls and rainforest will surround you as you hike and abseil between the canyon's narrow walls.
At the end of the day, a scenic walk through Blue Mountains forest brings you back to the vehicle.
