We use 8‑seater Land Rover 110 off‑road vehicles: iconic, robust, and perfect for adventure. They are essential, non‑luxury vehicles, but ideal for exploring these landscapes in an authentic way.

Space on our Land Rover vehicles is limited. If you are very tall or have a larger build, we kindly ask you to let us know before the tour so we can ensure you get the most comfortable seat possible.

Activities taking place in natural environments inevitably involve certain risks. To minimize these risks, our staff is properly trained, and all vehicles and equipment are subject to regular maintenance, including extraordinary maintenance when required. However, by participating in our excursions, the Participant(s):

Declare, under their own responsibility, that they are in good health and release MareTerra Group SNC from any civil or criminal liability related to or arising from the verification of such condition.

Agree to behave in accordance with the principles of legality and civil conduct during the excursion, and to refrain from any actions that are unlawful or inappropriate and that may endanger their own safety or that of others.

Release MareTerra Group SNC from any direct or indirect liability for material or non‑material damages, theft and/or damage to personal belongings, and any expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of participating in the excursion, including those caused by their own or others’ behavior.

Acknowledge that by proceeding with the booking, they accept the terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from participation in the excursion. They release MareTerra Group SNC from any civil or criminal liability, including strict liability, for injuries to themselves or third parties, as well as for any illness or discomfort occurring during the entire duration of the excursion, including transfers by any means to and from the excursion location.

Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Participant(s) declare that they have carefully reviewed all the clauses contained in this notice and expressly approve all the points listed herein by proceeding with the booking.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
