Skip-the-line tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau allow you to skip the ticket line, but there is a separate line for security checks. All visitors must provide their full name when booking and bring a valid photo ID or passport. Tickets are non-refundable.

We provide private car transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Krakow, but other people will join you on a group tour of the museum and memorial site. The size of the group tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau will be limited to 30 people. The walking tour of Krakow Old Town is a private experience. The guide will meet you on the site.

People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to move around Auschwitz-Birkenau. Wheelchairs are available from the Visitor Service Center but they have to be reserved in advance.

We recommend bringing your own snacks or packed lunch to Auschwitz-Birkenau as it's in a remote location and there will be no lunch break. During the 12-hour tour we can organize lunch / table reservations in Krakow.

We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
