Here we explore their quiet but vital role in shaping Vancouver’s early growth and the stories of resilience behind the station’s history.

Trillium Park PlaygroundAt Trillium Park Playground, we explore the first Black migration to British Columbia through archival photos and stories of Vancouver’s early Black community including Hogan’s Alley, set against sweeping views of the city skyline and surrounding mountains.

Vancouver DowntownWe continue through the former site of Hogan’s Alley, where echoes of Vancouver’s Black community still remain. We pause by the historic Fountain Chapel and uncover the stories, spirit, and legacy woven into this once vibrant neighbourhood.
