Hotel rooms are designed for 2-4 guests, offering: Two Full/Double beds OR one King/Queen bed (based on availability) .Deposits are processed via credit card. If you are booking for more than 4 people or need separate rooms, please make separate bookings for proper arrangements.

Tickets & Admission Fees：Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are NOT accepted—tickets must be purchased through us or your tour guide. Group reservations are recommended for smoother entry to attractions. If a scenic attraction is closed, an alternative experience will be provided.

To ensure your group stays on the same bus, send us all confirmation numbers once your reservations are complete.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, select your pick-up location. If unsure, you can update it later—but it must be finalized at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: If you don’t provide a pick-up location before the departure date, you may miss the tour, and refunds will not be issued.

Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice—wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If you decide to leave the tour early, you must inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.

Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for changes.

Booster Seat Policy: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate in the tour, as required by state law. Guests are responsible for fines if they do not comply. Booster seats are not needed for bus travel on the day of the tour.

Niagara Falls Classic Tour (if selected) Includes: Whirlpool Park，Cave of the Winds，summer option-Maid of the Mist or winter option-Old Fort Niagara State Park.

Parking is not available at the meeting point. Guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the departure location.
