Museum UjaWe will pass through Nerežišća - located on the crossroads of the island's main roads and Škrip – the oldest settlement in Brač, where we will visit the Museum of Oil. The museum presents the traditional process of olive oil making on the island of Brač. The Museum of Oil exhibits olive mill, olive press, spindle for tightening press screw, bags, fireplace for heating water and all traditional tools for transport, production and storage of olive oil. Along with a lesson about the most important product of Brač, you will be able to taste the finest olive oils, local sweet jams and enjoy a welcome aperitif.
