Each participant must carry a valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or a clear photo of it on a mobile device) that matches the name on the ticket. Please note: Name changes are not allowed after the booking is confirmed, and entry will be refused if the ID does not match the booking name.

In rare situations, the schedule of your tour may be changed or delayed. If this happens, we will notify you via email 5–6 days in advance.
