Located in Corigliano d’Otranto, just 15 minutes from Lecce, this hands-on pasta making class takes place in a cozy countryside Villa surrounded by olive trees.

You’ll start with a small aperitif by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Then, guided by Enza and her family, you’ll learn to make traditional orecchiette and maccheroncini from scratch, using time-honored recipes passed down through generations.

Dinner follows with local wine and typical dishes from Puglia, served in a warm, family atmosphere, on the veranda in summer or by the fire in winter.
