We invite you to experience the authentic Beijing lifestyle by visiting the local fresh markets near the Hutong neighborhood right in the city center. And we will select the best quality ingredients for cooking our dumplings together.
After the shopping, we will go to a traditional Beijing-style courtyard to join the dumpling cooking class.
You'll make dumplings alongside other participants, but don't worry – everyone has their own materials and ingredients. You'll be immersed in a warm and intimate atmosphere, following the lead and instructions step-by-step.
