Overview
In 1669 the United East Indian Company had an important departure and landing port in Texel. The sailors remained on the island when the ocean was too wild to leave. Michiel de Ruyter was, just like the other sailors, a big fan of the parties on Texel. Travel back in time and head on an adventure trying to escape the island unseen.
His favorite place to go to was the inn where Neeltje Bakker worked behind the bar. After one of the exuberant parties, Neeltje got pregnant from Michiel de Ruyter. But Neeltje was married to Cornelis and their love could not part. The pair was furious with Michiel and decided to rob him. Michiel found out and opened a hunt for Neeltje and Cornelis.
Sneak through Texel, just like Neeltje and Cornelis once did, while trying to solve the assignments, difficult questions and fun riddles. You will play the Escape Tour using an app you'll download before starting the race against the clock. Follow the clues, solve the puzzles to escape the city within 2 hours. The escape attempt starts in Den Burg. Good luck!
