The experience begins with a visit to the local market, where you’ll source the day’s fresh ingredients. After that, you’ll make the short journey to the school, where you’ll be welcomed with a prosecco and some antipasti to try. Your cooking class takes place in one of the two schools right in the heart of the Eternal City – one a stone’s throw from Piazza Navona; the other a few paces from the Pantheon.

Once the hands-on course is underway, you’ll be perfecting the art of preparing an unparalleled pasta dish, a juicy main course, a side dish and, of course, a dessert.
