  • Puig de Missa
This stunning church is hard to miss as it is situated at the top of a high hill overlooking the whole of Santa Eulalia. Following continuous pirate attacks which destroyed much of the church, in the middle of the 16th century, a new fortified church was built with stronger defences which have stood the test of time as it is still there today. It's a stunning church with whitewashed walls and a domed roof. The attached watch tower also dates back to the 16th century and is thought to be one of the oldest on the Pitiusas Islands. At some point during the latter part of the 17th century, when pirate attacks became less of a threat, the church was extended and again used as a religious building and a focal point during town festivals.
  • Ibiza’s largest certified organic farm, a unique paradise where all the magical elements of the island come together in over 56 breathtaking hectares of stunning Mediterranean countryside. Nestled in the hinterlands of Santa Eulalia, we grow a wide variety of biodynamic vegetables, fruit, herbs, edible flowers and free range eggs. Visit the farm to see how we grow and collect one of our 100% organic seasonal farm boxes fresh from the fields and ready for your table.
  • Mercadillo Las Dalias
Las Dalias hippy market. *Subject to opening times and days Home of the legendary Saturday hippy market, Las Dalias has been on the Ibiza scene since 1954, delighting all that go there. The iconic venue has become a standard bearer for Ibiza's long-held hippy heritage. Popular with tourists and residents alike, Las Dalias remains one of the island's principal meeting points for Ibiza's free-spirited flower children. San Carlos village (Sant Carles in Catalan) became famous as a hippy village in the 60s and 70s as many of those long-haired peace-lovers settled in the beautiful surroundings of this northern Ibiza village. They lived in old farmhouses, known as ‘fincas', often without electricity or even running water! Traditionally, the hippy community would gather in Anita's Bar - because they had the only phone in the village! Even today you can visit the original phone booth in the bar - and use it - it's still very much functional.
  • Cala Nova
The water in Cala Nova is especially clear and transparent and shimmers in different shades of blue and turquoise. There are quite a few fish to be seen. The rocky coast to the left is very nice for snorkelling. With the right wind, Cala Nova is one of Ibiza's few beaches with decent surf and is, therefore, very popular with the island's few dedicated surfers. Owing to the strong currents and waves, you should be careful when swimming or letting young ones swim in Cala Nova: there are no buoys to mark off the safe swimming zone on this beach. The surrounding scenery is wild and natural, with a little hill covered in pine trees to the left for energetic walks. Cala Nova is very popular with the locals, especially on the weekends, which gives it a special flair. Families and large groups of the new Ibiza hippie generation enjoy their days off here, so you can hear a variety of languages spoken.
  • Niu Blau
A lovely, intimate beach with fine golden sand is fringed by pine trees and tall bamboo. Some pine trees also grow near the shore, so you can put your towel in the shade below. There are views of Formentera and the green hills of the resort of Siesta, just outside Santa Eulalia. The water shimmers in deep blue and shades of turquoise and is safe for swimming. This is a beach where you can relax and get away from it all as it tends to stay quiet, even in peak season. Thanks to its shallow waters, it's ideal for families. On the right end of the beach is a small bay with a wooden swing hanging from a tall tree, where you can swing over the water - pure Caribbean feeling. The perfect Instagram motif. If time allows we can make a pit stop at Soul Good Bar, where you can unwind and catch some beats while immersing yourself in the beach vibe. Experience the true essence of Ibiza on this breathtaking route - Vamos a la playa!
