The tour operator guarantees 'skip the line' tours even during peak season, except in the event of delays or strikes by the garden management

Subject to favourable weather conditions as the Gardens does not operate on days with heavy rain. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund

There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Giardino di Boboli.

Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
