Meeting point
Flights that are 40 minutes or longer are considered a full experience. If the flight is shorter, a partial - but not full refund may be offered. If we cancel before the flight for weather or safety concerns, passengers will be issued a full refund.
Altitude sickness is a concern for all activities in Jackson Hole. We are no exception as we can
sometimes reach elevations near 12,000 feet. We recommend clients who are sensitive to high
elevations bring water and eat a snack prior to the flight.
Depending on the time of year, it can be cold and wet. We highly recommend the following:
layered clothing, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, closed toe shoes, and a camera. This is an
outdoor activity, therefore we request passengers to dress appropriately for kinesthetic activity
and for terrain that could be muddy. Hands must be available to hold onto handles, so bags
must be able to be worn or put on the ground.
