Overview
Kayak in one of the most unique areas of Juneau with amazing views of the Mendenhall Glacier, opportunities for seeing eagles, sea lions, seals, and whales. Escape the cruise ship crowds. Our tours have a maximum of 8 guests so that you can have a serene Alaskan experience. Unlike other kayaking tours in Juneau, you get to be in your own single kayak. Our experienced guide will help you put on a dry suit so that you’ll be warm and dry in any weather. Our guides will teach you how to kayak. No experience necessary! All equipment, instruction, snacks, and round trip transportation from the Juneau cruise port included. You'll be able to catch sight of native wildlife in their natural environment. ages 12+, some balance required, choice of several departures throughout the day, and all necessary equipment and instruction provided.

Mendenhall GlacierOur tour takes place in the estuarial region directly in front of the Mendenhall glacier. The view that you get on our tour is one of the most complete views of the glacier in all of Juneau. You will be further away from the glacier than tours that go to or around the visitors center. Fog can affect the view of the Mendenhall Glacier.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
