For your convenience and peace of mind, our pick-up service is carried out directly inside San Martin Port, just steps from where your cruise ship docks. Unlike other providers, you do not need to board the cruise shuttle buses, as our company is fully authorised and holds all the required permits and port licences to operate within the port facilities.

For your peace of mind, our return transfer is direct to San Martin Port, ensuring that you arrive comfortably and with ample time before your cruise ship’s departure.

The exact pick-up time will be confirmed 2 days before your tour, depending on your ship’s arrival time. In most cases, pick-ups begin at 7:00 AM directly from San Martin Port. Please be ready at the agreed time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

It is essential that you bring your original passport, as you will not be allowed to board the aircraft without it. We are aware that many cruise lines retain passengers’ passports onboard, so we strongly recommend that you request your passport at least one day in advance
