2. We will go to a special plov house — a local place where only local people eat. It is not a tourist restaurant. It is very beautiful, and decorated in national style.
3. This place makes only plov (Uzbek rice dish). It is different from restaurant plov — more traditional, more tasty, and cooked in a big pot called kazan.
4. While we eat, I will tell you about plov, Uzbek traditions, family life, and culture. You can ask me any questions. It will be a friendly talk, not a formal tour.
