Teatro di MarcelloNext we head to The Theatre of Marcellus which is an ancient open-air theater in Rome, commissioned by Julius Caesar and completed by Emperor Augustus in 13 BC. Named after Augustus' nephew and heir, Marcellus, it was the largest theater of its time, capable of seating around 20,000 spectators.
