This immersive sound bath experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and enter a deeply relaxed meditative state through the therapeutic use of sound and vibration. The session is guided and experiential, requiring no prior experience with meditation or sound healing. Participants simply lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to work on the nervous system, gently shifting the body from a state of activity into rest and restoration.

Instruments Used: A carefully curated set of traditional and therapeutic instruments are played live, including: Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, Gong, Swinging and Koshi chimes, Shamanic drum and bells. Each instrument is introduced gradually to create a layered soundscape that supports deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. There is no talking during the sound bath itself, allowing you to fully immerse in the experience.
