The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour.

It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times.

Please leave a Whatsapp number where you will be contacted by our support once you have booked the tour.

Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.

If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, at the time of booking you are aware of this possible change, subsequent refund requests will not be accepted. Example: If you choose the 9am time slot and the ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, 11am, 1pm, 4pm or 5pm.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
