On this bus tour we will, among other things, cross the fjord with one of the many ferries that function as part of the road network i Norway, and we will drive along the beautiful Hardangerfjord.
In Øystese we will visit a apple farm and taste what is referred to as "The world's best apple cake" when the owners will give us a good insight into running an orchard in Hardanger.
Admire the 2 big waterfalls - Steinsdalsfossen and Fossen Bratte.
Steinsdalsfossen is one of Norway's most popular waterfalls. With a height of 50 metres, the waterfall is particularly famous for the path that runs behind the waterfall, so that visitors can walk dry-shod and experience the waterfall's power up close.
Just 20 minutes' drive from Steinsdalsfossen, there is another waterfall stop. Now we are going out to see Fossen Bratte with its 80 meter drop

HardangerfjordWhen we get to Mundheim, we will also meet the majestic Hardangerfjord. We will drive along the fjord for approx. 1 hour where we get to experience the many small villages, the mountains along the fjord and not least the orchards.

OysteseØystese is a charming little village surrounded by high mountains and the Hardangerfjord.

Here we will visit a farm and taste what is referred to as "The world's best apple cake". The cake is made from apples from Spildegarden, and the owners will give us a good insight into running an orchard in Hardanger.

With a height of 50 metres, the waterfall is particularly famous for the path that runs behind the waterfall, so that visitors can walk dry-shod and experience the waterfall's power up close.

Fossen BratteJust 20 minutes' drive from Steinsdalsfossen, there is another waterfall stop. Now we are going out to see Fossen Bratte with its 80 meter drop. Today we drive in a tunnel behind the waterfall, but when we park we can use the old road to get right up to the top of the waterfall. We can also choose to move the opposite way - down to the bottom of this mighty waterfall.
