*** PLEASE NOTE: pick up from the cruise ship’s terminal is always at 09:00 AM in case of an early arrival (7-8:30 AM) and exact times are sent 1 week prior to the tour via Viator messages for those arriving at a later time so please read the messages. The guide will wait 1 hour if the ship is late and 15 minutes if the passengers are late. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
The guide will have a sign "Croatian Trails” and will be at the entrance to the ship's terminal, past the fence, next to the hop-on/hop-off red buses. Do not ask for directions as you will be sent to the wrong place. Look for the buses and the sign! ***

The tour begins with a drive to the lovely seaside town of Trogir after which you will take a walking tour of Split and its many highlights such as Diocletian's Palace, the bell tower of St. Duje, Prokurative, and much more!

Meeting point
Pick up 9AM if arriving early or 30 minutes after docking if arriving later. Do not leave the area, and do not ask for directions as you will be sent to the wrong place. Just as you leave the ship and pass the fence the taxis are there and the guide is next to them with a sign “Croatian Trails”.

Kula KarmelengoThe castle was built in the mid-15th century by Marin Radoj as part of an expansion of the Veriga Tower, built on the site in the late 14th century.[1] It is used as a location for performances during the summer months. ProkurativeProkurative was built in the 19th century under the supervision of General Marmont and initiated by Split’s famed mayor Antonio Bajamonti. The design of Prokurative is largely inspired by architecture in Italy during the time of construction and closely resembles St. Mark’s Square in Venice. As a matter of fact, the architect of Prokurative was from Venice himself and wanted to build a structure that reminded him of home as he missed his city.

Saint Lawrence's CathedralThe Cathedral of St. Lawrence is a Roman Catholic triple-naved basilica constructed in Romanesque-Gothic in Trogir, Croatia. Since its construction lasted several centuries, it illustrates all the styles that succeeded one another in Dalmatia. It serves now as the most imposing monument in the city of Trogir.
