PANAMA SURF SCHOOL is located in El Palmar beach, one hour and 30 minutes from the city, it is a small coastal town in the Panamanian Pacific that enjoys a privileged location on the gulf and offers the possibility of surfing on one of the most renowned beaches of the country.

PANAMA SURF SCHOOL is located in El Palmar beach, one hour and 30 minutes from the city, it is a small coastal town in the Panamanian Pacific that enjoys a privileged location on the gulf and offers the possibility of surfing on one of the most renowned beaches of the country.
INCLUDED: 1.5 hours of introductory training for adults and kids under 18 years old. Lessons include the theoretical part with exercises on the shore and introductory practice in the water to train how to position yourself, paddle, and stand up, on the board.
The surfboard and rash-guards for the surf lesson and you are welcome to use the Surf School's facilities & services (showers, toilet, etc.) The bilingual instructor should be required in advance.
