We offer the best 60-minute sushi-making experience available. Our experience is authentic in style, incorporating practices similar to sushi chef training schools that charge high tuition fees. This is the only sushi nigiri experience that no other sushi nigiri experience in Japan offers. The venue is a 1-minute walk from the Imperial Palace. This is the only place where you can experience sushi making in such a great location. It is no problem if you are vegan because we can make normal and vegan sushi.
The procedure :
•First, make a model of sushi by yourself and practice several times.
Next, using actual fish and rice, you will try making and eating sushi.
•In addition, we will teach you the proper way to roll and eat sushi, so you can try both.
•The instructor will give advice while explaining rice, vinegar, and sushi culture. Let's enjoy Japanese food and culture while having and culture while having a fun conversation together.

・Practice grip procedures using models
Before making sushi with real fish and rice, you will first practice with a model.
Through this step, you will learn how to make sushi .Since it is very difficult to
make sushi with real fish out of the blue ,repeat this step several times to practice .This is a very important point.
・Lecture on Nigiri
Finally, you will try your hand at making nigirizushi using real fish and
rice.The neta varies depending on the season, but you can have the best
variety and quantity of sushi in Japan, until you are full.
・Lecture on Gunkan
After repeating the nigiri practice for a while, we will give you a lecture on gunkan
( it's like a warship) items such as salmon roe,negitoro (crushed
sea urchin, and so on.You will learn that there is a front and back side to the nori and tips on how to roll the nori.
