Overview
Enjoy a guided tour to Takayama and Shirakawa from Nagoya! You will take the bus from Nagoya and reach Hida Takayama, also known as “Little Kyoto of Hida”. There, you will stroll through the old streets and visit the Miyagawa Morning Market, one of the three major morning markets in Japan.
Then, you will reach Shirakawa-go, famous for its gassho-style houses. You will visit the village and admire the traditional farmhouses with steep thatched roofs. Then, you will reach the Shiroyama Observatory and admire the gassho village and the surrounding mountains.
