Inside the quiet atmosphere of a traditional sumo stable, the morning training session begins.

It is a serious and intense training session where wrestlers push themselves to their limits every day.
You will witness the raw power, discipline, and dedication of professional sumo wrestlers up close — something that cannot truly be experienced through television.
During the tour, former sumo wrestler and stable master Tenkaiho explains the history of sumo, its traditions, and what it truly means to live as a sumo wrestler.
