The exhibition includes narrow passageways and an immersive layout reflecting wartime Kraków. Although the building was once Schindler’s factory, it now operates as a museum without original production equipment.

Full names of all participants are required for ticket issuance—failure to provide them may result in denied entry. All vehicles are heated and equipped with an audio guide, while the museum visit is led by a live guide.
