Kuala TahanBefore entering Taman Negara, all visitors are required to obtain a Park Entry Permit and a Camera License. These can be purchased at the Wildlife Department office, located just across the river from Kuala Tahan jetty, behind the Mutiara Taman Negara Resort. Park Entry Permit: RM1 per person Camera License: RM5 per camera or smartphone It's advisable to carry sufficient Malaysian Ringgit in cash, as card payments may not be accepted at the permit office. Obtaining these permits is a crucial step to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience exploring the wonders of Taman Negara.

Taman Negara Canopy WalkwayYou’ll dive headfirst into 130 million years of pure, unfiltered rainforest magic—no filters, no fake vines, just the real deal. First stop: the Canopy Walkway. These jungle legends will show you how to make fire with sticks (actual fire, not Instagram fire) and how to use a blowpipe so accurate, you’ll question your Nerf skills forever. Spoiler: it’s not as easy as they make it look. By the end, you’ll leave the village with a new respect for survival skills—and probably still a bit wet. Jungle life, baby!
