These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Tinggly Rewards loyalty programme ("Programme") operated by Tinggly UAB ("Tinggly", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before joining.

Tinggly reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an in-account notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings given below wherever they appear in these Terms:

  • "Programme" means the Tinggly Rewards loyalty scheme described herein.

  • "Member" means any individual who has successfully enrolled in the Programme.

  • "Tinggly Points" or "Points" means the loyalty currency issued under the Programme.

  • "Account" means the registered Tinggly user account linked to a Member’s Programme membership.

  • "Qualifying Purchase" means a completed, paid, and non-refunded purchase of an experience gift made through tinggly.com while logged into a Member’s Account.

  • "Redemption" means the application of Points to reduce the purchase price of an eligible order at checkout.

  • "Inactivity" means a continuous period during which no Points are earned or redeemed on the Account.

2. Eligibility and enrolment

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to any individual who:

  • is aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher);

  • holds a valid, registered Tinggly account; and

  • has not previously been excluded from the Programme by Tinggly.

The Programme is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Businesses, companies, organisations, and other commercial entities are not eligible to participate in the Programme. Purchases made for or on behalf of a business do not earn Tinggly Points, regardless of the Account used to make the purchase, unless Tinggly expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

2.2 Enrolment

Eligible individuals may join the Programme by:

  • opting in during the account creation process;

  • selecting the opt-in option at checkout; or

  • enrolling via the Tinggly Rewards section of their Account dashboard.

Guests (users who purchase without creating an account) must create a registered account to participate. Points from purchases made as a guest are not retroactively credited.

Enrolment is free. One Programme membership is permitted per person. Members may not hold multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating Points.

3. Earning points

3.1 Base earning rate

Members earn 10 Tinggly Points for every $1 (USD) spent on a Qualifying Purchase. Points are calculated on the net transaction value, excluding taxes, delivery charges, and any amounts paid using previously redeemed Points.

Points are provisionally credited to the Account upon payment confirmation and become available for redemption once the order is no longer eligible for a full refund under Tinggly’s refund policy.

3.2 Bonus earning activities

In addition to purchase-based earning, Members may earn Points through the following one-time or recurring activities:

Members will be notified before each activity becomes available. Tinggly reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any bonus earning activity with reasonable notice.

3.3 Promotional and campaign earning

Tinggly may, from time to time, run limited-period campaigns offering enhanced earn rates or bonus Points (for example, “Double Points Weekends” or “Birthday Bonus Month”). Campaign terms, including eligible products, earn multipliers, and date ranges, will be published in advance and are subject to change without prior notice. Campaign Points are subject to these Terms unless the campaign terms state otherwise.

Campaigns may be modified or withdrawn in the event of error, fraud, abuse, or circumstances beyond Tinggly’s reasonable control, but changes will not affect Points already validly earned before the change.

3.4 Points that do not qualify

Points will not be awarded on:

  • purchases made without being logged into a Member’s Account;

  • delivery charges, taxes, or other non-product fees;

  • amounts paid using previously redeemed Points;

  • gift card purchases or top-up transactions;

  • orders subsequently cancelled or refunded (see Section 5.2); or

  • any transaction Tinggly reasonably suspects involves fraud or abuse.

  • amounts paid using Tinggly account credit (including credit obtained via exchanges or refunds) do not qualify towards Points earning; only cash payments made at checkout are eligible.

  • purchases made for or on behalf of a business, company, organisation, or other commercial entity, including corporate gifting, employee rewards, client gifts, bulk orders, or any other business-related purchases. Such purchases do not qualify for Points, even if made through an individual Member’s Account.

4. Redeeming points

4.1 How to redeem

Members may redeem available Points at checkout by selecting the redeem Tinggly Points section of the payment page. Points are converted to a discount that is deducted from the order total before payment is processed. Points are not transferable or reloadable.

4.2 Redemption rules

  • Minimum redemption: 500 Points ($5 value) per transaction.

  • Partial redemption is permitted. Unused Points remain in the Account.

  • Points may not be combined with certain promotional discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion’s terms.

  • Points can be exchanged for a discount that will add to Tinggly credit.

  • Redeemed Points cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted to cash.

4.3 Other redemption options

Subject to availability, Members may also redeem Points for:

  • free standard global shipping (redemption threshold communicated at checkout);

  • gift box upgrades.

Available redemption options are displayed in the Member’s Account dashboard and at checkout. Tinggly may add or remove redemption options at its discretion.

5. Points expiry and account health

5.1 Expiry policy

Points expire after 18 consecutive months of Inactivity (no Points earned or redeemed). The expiry date is calculated from the date of the most recent qualifying transaction.

Tinggly will send email reminders 30 days and 7 days before any Points are due to expire. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure their registered email address is current and that Tinggly communications are not blocked by spam filters.

Expired Points are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5.2 Returns, cancellations, and refunds

If an order for which Points were earned is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded (in full or in part), the corresponding Points will be deducted from the Account proportionally:

  • Full refund: all Points earned from that order are deducted.

  • Partial refund: Points are deducted on a pro-rata basis corresponding to the refunded amount.

If a Member has already redeemed Points earned from a subsequently refunded order and the Account balance is insufficient to absorb the deduction, the Account may carry a negative Points balance. Negative balances are offset against Points earned on future purchases before any new Redemption is permitted.

5.3 Inactivity and dormant accounts

If an Account has no earning or redemption activity for 6 consecutive months, Tinggly may send a re-engagement notification. Accounts that remain inactive for 36 consecutive months may be closed and any outstanding Points permanently forfeited. Tinggly will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before closing a dormant account.

6. Communications

By enrolling in the Programme, Members consent to receive Programme-related email communications, including but not limited to:

  • Transactional/service emails: enrolment confirmation, point balance changes, expiry reminders, fraud/security notices, T&C changes

  • Marketing emails: campaign announcements, bonus point promotions, special offers

Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any Programme email or through Account settings. Transactional notifications (such as expiry reminders and Points adjustment notices) cannot be disabled while the Member remains enrolled.

7. Account management

7.1 Points balance and history

Members may view their Points balance, transaction history (including earning activities, Redemptions, adjustments, and expiry events) via the Loyalty program tab in their Account dashboard. The Points balance is also displayed on the checkout page.

Members should review their balance regularly and notify Tinggly promptly of any discrepancy. Queries regarding Points balances must be submitted within 90 days of the relevant transaction; claims outside this window may not be investigated.

7.2 Manual adjustments

Tinggly may, at its discretion or at a Member’s request following a verified error, manually add or deduct Points from an Account. All manual adjustments are logged with a timestamp. Members will be notified by email of any manual adjustment applied to their Account.

7.3 Profile information

Members are responsible for keeping their Account information accurate and up to date, including name, email address, address and date of birth (required for birthday bonus eligibility). Tinggly is not liable for Points not awarded or communications not received as a result of inaccurate profile information.

8. Fraud and programme integrity

The Programme is designed for genuine personal use. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Points:

  • creating multiple Accounts to artificially accumulate Points;

  • using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate earning activities;

  • purchasing, selling, transferring, or brokering Points outside the Programme;

  • misrepresenting referrals, reviews, or social share activities;

  • exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities; or

  • any other activity that Tinggly reasonably considers fraudulent or abusive.

Tinggly operates fraud detection controls including, but not limited to, daily earning caps on social share and referral activities. Tinggly reserves the right to withhold, deduct, or void Points where fraud or abuse is suspected, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable. Decisions regarding fraud are made at Tinggly’s sole discretion.

9. Points transferability

Tinggly Points are personal to the Member and may not be:

  • transferred to another Member’s Account;

  • gifted, donated, or bequeathed;

  • sold or exchanged for cash or any other consideration; or

  • combined across multiple Accounts.

Points may be redeemed within the Programme at the rates specified by Tinggly from time to time. Points have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money. In the event of a Member’s death, outstanding Points are forfeited.

10. Programme changes and termination

10.1 Changes by Tinggly

Tinggly may, at any time and at its sole discretion:

  • modify the earn rate, redemption value, or expiry policy, with 14 days’ notice to Members;

  • add, change, or remove earning activities or redemption options;

  • suspend or permanently discontinue the Programme with 60 days’ notice, during which time Members may redeem outstanding Points.

Where changes are materially detrimental to Members, Tinggly will provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice and offer a reasonable opportunity to redeem accumulated Points before the changes take effect.

10.2 Termination by Member

Members may withdraw from the Programme at any time by contacting Tinggly customer support or by closing their Account. Upon withdrawal, all accumulated Points are immediately and permanently forfeited. There is no cash equivalent for forfeited Points.

10.3 Termination by Tinggly

Tinggly may suspend or terminate a Member’s participation in the Programme immediately and without prior notice if the Member:

  • breaches these Terms;

  • engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; or

  • provides false information in connection with the Programme.

Upon termination for cause, all Points are forfeited and the Member will be permanently ineligible to re-enrol.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tinggly’s liability in connection with the Programme is limited as follows:

  • Tinggly is not liable for any failure to award, credit, or process Points due to technical errors, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond Tinggly’s reasonable control.

  • Tinggly is not responsible for any loss arising from a Member’s failure to keep their Account credentials secure or their email address current.

  • Tinggly’s total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the monetary value of the Points held in that Member’s Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits Tinggly’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Data protection

Tinggly processes Member personal data in connection with the Programme in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at tinggly.com/privacy. Data collected includes Account information, transaction history, and engagement activity. This data is used to administer the Programme, calculate Points, detect fraud, and send Programme communications.

Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations. Data retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Programme that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Member’s country of residence require otherwise.

Members with a complaint should first contact Tinggly customer support at [email protected]. Tinggly will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve them within 30 days.

14. General provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

  • Tinggly’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Tinggly and the Member in respect of the Programme and supersede all prior representations.

  • The Programme is operated by Tinggly UAB, registered in the Republic of Lithuania.
