Points expire after 18 months of inactivity - meaning no purchases made or points redeemed. We'll send you reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before any points are due to expire, so you'll always have notice. A single purchase or redemption resets the clock.

If an order is refunded, the corresponding points are deducted from your balance proportionally. A full refund removes all points from that order; a 50% refund removes 50% of the points earned. Any previously redeemed points from that order are adjusted against your future earnings.

Members earn 10 Tinggly Points for every $1 (USD) spent on a Qualifying Purchase. Points are calculated on the net transaction value, excluding taxes, delivery charges, and any amounts paid using previously redeemed Points. You can start redeeming from 500 points.
