Arusha National ParkSAFARI AT ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK We drive in a Toyota Land Cruiser with safari roof for about 1 hour to Arusha National Park, which is beautifully situated between the peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. It impresses with spectacular landscapes and a rich flora and fauna. The Arusha National Park can be easily explored on a day trip. Even on a short safari, a diverse spectrum of animal and plant species can be admired in this charming park away from the large crowds of visitors. Moreover, due to the possibility of day trips, you can also experience a rather inexpensive safari here. From shade and forest plants to tropical palms and alpine highland vegetation, there is much to discover in Arusha National Park. 400 different species of birds, including many waterfowl, migratory birds and native species, have already been sighted. Thousands of flamingos also gather at the lakes at times. And black and white stump monkeys can be seen in the trees again and again.
