06:40 – 07:00 AM: Optional nose cleansing (Jala Neti) & tea
Benefit: Clears nasal passages, improves breathing, increases oxygen in the blood, and brings mental clarity and balance.
07:00 – 09:30 AM: Morning Yoga session
Note: Yoga guru guides you through various asanas (postures) based on their knowledge and experience.
09:30 – 10:30 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Wellness activities
