You'll hear amazing--and spooky--true stories as well as colorful local legends. You'll learn about the universal belief in ghosts--and why St. Augustine is said to be so haunted! Historical topics include pirates, conquistadors, and massacres; jails, cemeteries, and graverobbers; haunted inns, tragic romances, and unsolved murders. The haunted legends of the Castillo and the ghosts of Henry Flagler's tragic life are also exhumed in this fascinating one of a kind tour. Scott Farber, Ph.D. is a native Floridian who has travelled all over the world. A former college professor, "Dr. Scott" taught history and humanities courses emphasizing field trips and experiential learning. He is passionate about sharing the rich culture of St. Augustine with others. In addition to tour guiding he also teaches yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings. (pass by)
