No pre-arranged visa is required for most nationalities (It will be issued at the border crossing). In addition, ensure that you're eligible for a visa on arrival for re-entering Israel, or, already have a multiple entry visa in advance.

Israeli border taxes can be paid in ILS, Euro or USD (Credit card or cash).

Jordanian border taxes can be paid only in JOD (Cash only).

Currency exchange is availble on the Israeli side of the border.

Solo Travelers: It is likely you will need to share a room with a person of the same gender (Depending on group size).
