Please read carefully: If you only purchased the Maid of the Mist boat ride ticket, you will go to the attraction and visit on your own. This option does not include the full-day roundtrip tour from/to New York City. The confirmation voucher, along with detailed ticket redemption instructions, will be issued by our staff within 24 hours prior to your selected travel date. Guests are kindly advised to check their registered email address or platform message inbox one day before departure to ensure timely receipt of all necessary information.

If you select the “Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only” option, please note that it includes only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. It does not include the 2-day tour, hotel stay, round-trip transportation from New York City, or driver/guide services.

Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental available on request.

Hotel rooms accommodate 1–4 guests with either two double beds or one king/queen bed (subject to availability). For groups over 4 or needing multiple room types, please book separately and provide all confirmation numbers after booking.

Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.

Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication.
