Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers may join if they are under 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.

For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.

Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.

Hotel rooms are designed for 1-4 guests, offering: Two Full/Double beds OR one King/Queen bed (based on availability) .

If you select the “Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only” option, please note that it includes only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. It does not include the 2-day tour, hotel stay, round-trip transportation from New York City, or driver/guide services.

Discounted tour rates apply to the 3rd and 4th guests sharing the same room. Admission fees, service fees, and other mandatory costs apply to all travelers at full price.

For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.

You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
