Participants must be 10 years old or older.

All tours leave on time and in groups. You must arrive 20 minutes before the tour starts at the meeting point. Otherwise, the operator will start the tour with the groups present. Punctuality is important, because arrivals after the start time of the tour will be considered a "no show" and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

No refunds will be issued if the excursion/activity is missed due to late or no arrival of the cruise.

The driver and reserve holder must present a valid driver's license in person.

Clients intoxicated by alcohol or any other substance that prevents the proper use of the vehicle will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be issued.

Only 3 people per vehicle, if your group is 4 or more, you will need another vehicle. It must be reserved before your arrival.

Each vehicle will have its Tour Guide.
