No jumping off the vessel without the captain's express approval

Charter passengers are obligated to obey all posted rules, all rules provided prior to departure

The captain may terminate the charter immediately without refund if passengers violate vessel rules or engage in prohibited conduct; termination is at the captain's sole discretion for safety and welfare of all onboard.

All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
