- We will ride by Fort Sumter, a historical landmark in Charleston SC. Its origin dates back to 1812 when the British invaded Washington by sea. It also is where the Battle of Fort Sumter took place in 1861, which is the battle that began the American Civil War. (pass by)
- We will ride by the Arthur Ravenel Bridge, which is what connects Charleston to Mount Pleasant. This is the longest cable-stayed bridge in North America, and the third-longest in the Western Hemisphere. (pass by)
