Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts to complete registration.

An appropriate dress code is required to enter the Basilica: knees and shoulders must be covered.

Wear comfortable shoes for walking: moderate walking is required.

This tour is subject to weather conditions and/or events on the liturgical calendar.

Important notice for last minute bookings (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats the customer will be placed the day following the booked date

If the selected time is unavailable for logistical reasons or ticket office overbooking (for which we are not responsible), the activity will be rescheduled for another time on the same day. To avoid possible overlaps, we recommend not booking consecutive tours. The customer will be notified in advance. Therefore, by booking, the customer acknowledges the above.
